UT International Center seeks to attract more Mexican entrepreneurs

The International Trade Center at the University of Texas at San Antonio organizes the conference Investing in Texas intended to help foreign entrepreneurs understand the aspects of the U.S. market in order to shape a successful business plan, reported CNN Expansion.

The conference takes place August 3rd and 4th and it will promote the services of the Texas International Business Accelerator, where entrepreneurs can request consulting in human resources, taxes, financial models, and market expansion plans. The organization estimates that 90 percent of the foreign entrepreneurs are Mexican and they are investing in a wide range of sectors and industries.

In 2011, BBVA Bancomer (a bank) released a report about a new wave of Mexican immigrants who come legally to the U.S., with higher school levels, and professional experience.
